Our barristers accept instructions in privately funded and legally aided cases. We also have formal contracts and agreed fee scales in place with many insurance panels and local authorities.

We can offer both an affordable and realistic pricing strategy. In many cases, we will offer fixed fees for our services.

Our fee estimates and fixed fees are based on several factors including the seniority of the barrister, the complexity of the case, estimated preparation required and in ancillary relief matters, the size of the assets involved.
