Usually instructed for the Defence. Appears in all courts up to and including the Court of Appeal. Experienced in matters ranging from road traffic offences to serious assaults, public order and drugs offences, robberies and proceeds of crime. Disciplinary and parole board hearings.
Also prosecutes on behalf of local authorities, the Department for Work and Pensions and the Probation Service.

Civil Law
Licensing Act 2003 applications, reviews, variations and enforcements.
Direct Access
Registered to take work on a direct access basis from professional bodies and persons other than solicitors, as well as in suitable cases from members of the public.
