Neil Johnstone is a barrister with an interest in all forms of civil and family law.
Prior to joining King’s Bench Chambers Neil was a Royal Marines Officer and a barrister for the Naval Legal Service. During his Naval career Neil prosecuted cases at Court Martial, where he developed excellent advocacy skills.
During his second six Neil practiced predominantly in personal injury, with a focus on credit hire claims. Neil undertook briefs in his own name, including small claims trials, stage 3 hearings and interim applications.
Neil prides himself on his promptness, client care abilities, and efficient case management.

Neil accepts instructions in family law and care proceedings, including emergency situations involving non-molestation orders and occupation orders.
