Nicholas White is a barrister who has an established general common law practice with particular emphasis in civil and private family law.
Initially called to the Bar in March 2000, Nicholas cross qualified as a solicitor in February 2009 via the Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test route, gaining invaluable experience in a wide range of contentious and non contentious areas of law.
In Autumn 2016, Nicholas embarked on a reduced six month pupillage at Chambers in Leicester; during which time he developed his all round advocacy skills by prosecuting in various Magistrates Courts’ for the CPS, before obtaining his full practising certificate on 29th June 2017.
Nicholas is not only friendly and approachable, but calm under pressure, so as to provide clear, practical advice. Centrally based on the South Coast, Nicholas is happy to travel further afield when required.
Civil Law
Nicholas accepts instructions in all aspects of personal injury and road traffic/motor claims, including disputes in credit hire claims. Nicholas also accepts instructions in disputes relating to landlord and tenant, breach of contract and employment.
Family Law
Nicholas accepts instructions in private law children act cases and in emergency situations involving non-molestation orders and occupation orders.
Personal Interests
In his spare time, Nicholas enjoys Formula 1 (occasionally attending races), listening to Classical Music, researching his Family Tree and spending time with his family, particularly his younger brother who has special needs.
